Before starting to read this document, please remember you are buying directly from the band throughout this service; we will do everything we can to satisfy your needs. If you need more informations than the ones you find here, please write us an email. Thank you very much.

1. I ordered an item, how do I know my order has been sent?

We use the Paypal sistem to receive your payment. As soon as we get your payment, we proceed to the shipping process, which takes a little time (please be patient, it could take up to 2 weeks to ship your order, depending from the order collection). We will send out a confirmation message to the email adress displayed on the order as soon as your package has been shipped. From that moment on, if you don't see your package arrive within 30 days, feel free to contact us and we will proceed with the investigation.

 

2. Do you provide a tracking number?

For small orders you will be provided at the check out with the choice between a cheaper non tracked shipping and a tracked one. For large orders the tracking number is provided.

 

3. Can I buy using my Credit Card?

Yes, you can use your credit card directly, or choose to pay via PayPal.

 

4. I don't live in Europe, can I get an item here as well?

We can ship allover the world. If you live in a different continent than Europe, than we ask you to be a little more patient about the time to wait to receive the package since the shipment process could take a little longer.

 

5. I ordered the wrong size of an item, how do I fix this? / I've put a wrong address on the order, how do I fix this?

No problem. As soon as you find out the problem, just contact us with your order specifics (order number, name, items etc) and explain the issue. As long as the order has not been shipped yet, we'll replace the size and/or the address.

 

6. I have special requests, how do I submit them?

You can contact us asking for what you need. Just make it clear about your order number, what you ordered, your name etc.

 

7. My item is not arriving, what should I do?

If you don't see your package arrive within 30 days from the confirmation email, feel free to contact us and we will proceed with the investigation. If after clearing the situation out, all is left is a refund, we will proceed with sending back the amount paid for the item. The shipping costs are not refundable since they are referred to the shipping service and don't depend from us. Please remember that sometimes the shipping service can have some delays not depending from us. Also it can depend from where you live, the shipment time can be different.

 

8. Will I find the same items at the merch stand at the band's shows?

We can't guarantee you will find the same items you see on this site in the band's events or other live happenings. This can depend from the stock situation as well as the logistics. Please keep in mind that some of the items displayed in this store are exclusive all over the world and you will only find them here.

 

9. I can't see my size into the choices I have on the site, do you have it?

Unfortunately if the size of your choice is missing or it reports "out of stock", then we don't have it in stock. You can choose a similar available size if you wish or just wait for it to be back in stock. Unfortunately we can't guarantee the sizes will be back in stock at any time.

 

10. Why are the shipping costs so high?

The shipping costs we charge depend on the kind of product, the weight and the destination, other than, when possible, the kind of shipment you choose. The cost doesn't depend from us, therefore there is not much we can do to change it. We're working to provide the best yet cheapest shipping options.

 

11. The item I ordered arrived in bad conditions/open/broken, what can I do?

Unfortunately sometimes, although very rarely, the packages can get to the destination damaged or in bad condition. That does not depend on us as vendors. However, if you document the state of the package at the delivery and send us a message with all the documentation, we can work out the situation together with the shipping company. We always ship the items in perfect conditions and use a trustworthy system, so it would have to be a very unlucky one.
